Our intervention programs are implemented based on the support and items received for each mission. While the supports are most time inadequate, our success in spite lies in the passion of our team members who are often willing to go the extra miles to sacrifice in order to make each outing an impactful experience for our target community.
The following activities form the general procedure for our intervention.
ACTIVITIES
- Pre-intervention visit to community for medical need assessment
- Stakeholder sensitization and engagement base on need assessment
- Coordination of the specific team including volunteers, partners and sponsors
- Planning and finalization of the mission program based on the input of all stakeholders
- Engagement of the necessary local health department
- Coordination of welfare, security and logistic for the mission
- Acquisition of drugs, medical aids and equipment (Outside those donated by our partners).
- Welfare, feeding and accommodation for our team of volunteers for the period of our outreach.
- Mobilization and Sensitization of the public through the media
- Implementation of the intervention plan
- Impact assessment and report
FOLLOW UP
As part of the follow-up, our medical team continues to make routine visit to benefit communities for a period of 3 months to guarantee and follow up on the impact of our intervention.

- Where necessary, get the consent and support of the political class for our outreaches
- Engage the service of medical volunteers
- Develop a plan for effective grassroots publicity and build up
- Partnership engagement with local health centers and CMD
- Partnership with relevant rural associations at the grassroots
- Endorsement of community leaders and gatekeepers
- Participation of sponsors and possible partners
