Food that Reduce the Risk of Breast Cancer

Sulforaphane a compound in broccoli reduces the number of breast cancer stem cell. To get the most you should eat your broccoli raw or briefly steam or stir fry the green florets. Boiling destroys some of the Sulforaphane.
SALMON
Taking fish oil supplements for at least 10 years can shrink the risk of ductal carcinoma, the most common type of breast cancer. It is through that the omega 3 fats in fish oil which reduces inflammation, which may contribute to breast cancer.
PARSLEY
Research has shown that this herb can actually inhibit cancer cell growth. Experts advice adding a couple pinches of minced fresh parsley to your daily dash.
PLUMS AND PEACHES
Research has found that plums and peaches have antioxidant levels to rival cells. The both contain two types of polyhenols that helps kill breast cancer cells while leaving healthy cell intact.
WALNUTS
Walnut may thwart the growth of breast cancer. Experts think walnuts produce anti- inflammatory properties, which could come from the omega 3 fat alpha linolenic acid, phytosterols or antioxidant which gives them their tumor fighting potential.
COFFEE
Drinking about two 12-ounce coffee a day may lower your risk of an aggressive form of breast cancer. Coffee has antioxidants which protects cells from damages which could lead to cancer.
