The movie has been highly anticipated and a lot of people have spoken about it. The movie features movie stars like Genevieve Nnaji, alongside Oris Ertuero, Ebele Okaro, Majid Michel, Chioma Omeruah among others. 

The epic love story sees us through the life's of mrs Victoria Izu and husband mr Izu. The couple desperate to mend their marriage, went on a road trip for a relatives funeral. However memories and secrets from their past were revealed. Now a lot more happens to be at stake than their relationship. 

The movie was written and directed by Ishaya Bako. The wonderful actress Genevieve Nnaji happens to be the co-producer of the movie along side Chichi Nwoko and Chinny Onwughenu.

Shooting the movie in various locations across Lagos, it's proud cast and crew celebrate the depth of local talents with the support of Africanmagic. The technical quality of the film demonstrates the possibility of making a high quality production in Nigeria with the appropriate budget and technical input.

The entertainment network made this known when they announced plans to release the film in all Nigerian cinemas on Friday November 27th 2015. 

The movie "Road to yesterday " is set to premiere in Nigeria on Wednesday November 18th 2015 say mr Bako.
